Passenger Guidelines

Passengers must treat drivers and fellow passengers respectfully. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Pickup Readiness

Passengers should arrive at the pickup point promptly. Drivers may wait a maximum of two (2) minutes before canceling the ride.

3. Shared Ride Understanding

COMFORT is a shared ride service. Passengers should expect additional pickups and possible delays.

4. Vehicle Care

Passengers should avoid damaging vehicles and help maintain a clean shared environment.

5. Safety

Passengers must follow driver safety instructions and wear seat belts where available.

6. Illegal Activities

Illegal substances, dangerous items, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.

7. Payment Responsibility

Passengers must ensure ride fares are properly paid using approved payment methods.

8. Violations

Violations of these guidelines may lead to ride cancellation, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
